With many years of experience teaching a range of ages and needs, Flourish has a great understanding of the complexities encountered when meeting the social, emotional and academic need of SEND students in school.  Working with schools and upskilling staff to ensure they provide opportunities for SEND students to flourish is at the heart of what we do.

 

Flourish can support by:

• Information gathering and sharing between home and school

• Advising upon relevant paperwork to support the child and staff for example, a one-page profile, support plan, EHCP or safety considerations.

• Upskilling all school staff to best meet the needs of students ranging from cleaners and lunchtime support staff to class teams and SENCO’s.
